Claimbook page 1 how it works

no page drawn yet

Page 1 is blank. Ten claims fill it, then one line takes it all.

A full page holds 0.1 ETH. The underlined line gets its own 0.01 back plus the 0.09 the other nine paid.

      How a page works

      1. Write a claim. 0.01 ETH a claim, for wallets holding 2,500 $CLAIMBOOK. Two claims a wallet per page; each claim is its own line in the draw.
      2. The page fills. Ten lines a page. The tenth claim shuts it. A page not full 20 minutes after its first claim shuts with whoever wrote on it.
      3. One line is underlined. Shutting fixes a block four blocks ahead. Once it is mined its hash picks one line. Nobody picks, the keeper included. The next page opens at once.

      Worked page

Ten claims × 0.01 = 0.1 ETH on the page. The block's hash underlines line 7. Line 7 takes all 0.1: its own 0.01 back plus the 0.09 the other nine paid. The other nine take nothing. A page that shuts on the clock with three claims pays its underlined line 0.03. A lone claim gets its 0.01 back.

“Ten of us wrote a claim on the page. Same amount each. One got underlined.”
